	Welcome, My name is Nick Brewer. I am an Audio Newsgatherer with FOX News Radio, and this is my website. I am a graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. I was born and raised in the small town of North Pole, AK. A strange place where the adults celebrate Christmas, and the children are the skeptics. During my time at UAF, I spent five years as a volunteer DJ and later General Manager of KSUA 91.5 FM/CCTV 21. My interest in New York City started in summer 2006, as an intern for the CMJ Music Network. The following year I became a 2007 IRTS Summer Fellow and interned in the WNYC newsroom. Upon returning to Alaska for the month of August, I sold everything I could and moved to NYC with a hockey bag and a box. Since moving to the city I have covered a gigantic pillow fight and the 2008 Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest and been a contributor to both Tiny Mix Tapes and Spectrum Culture. In my spare time I have begun tinkering with things; circuit bending toys and woodworking just for the fun of it.
